From 15th to 17th August, the heart of Istria - Pula will for the fourth time become the host of the International Jazz Festival. Thanks to the Association "Cultural Initiative", the city will be enrolled in the european jazz history, which records the tradition of holding the festival for more than 60 years.
Three summer romantic nights will be filled with sophisticated sounds of jazz, blues and soul. Excellent music, performed by world famous musicians from Slovenia (Goran Boycev Quartet, Matjaz Mikuletic Band), Estonia (Alfa Collective), Russia (Oleg Kireveev) and America (Nicolas Bearde), as well as many others will fill the old Mediterranean city. The audience will have the opportunity to hear how each of these musicians introduces new, special, characteristic lines in jazz music, creating musical supporters, how in the new way and modern sounds can sound famous old hits, how to interweave and connect in one symphony the most diverse musical styles, traditional and modern.
A detailed program of the festival can be found on the eventime`s site.
